Art Festival

Fulton Sunshine Academy's

 2012-13 Arts Festival

This year's festival was a big hit.  It is the best time of the year in my opinion because the walls of our school are filled with the bright colored projects of our students.  The kids loved seeing their own work on display and were interested in the other grade levels projects as well.  A HUGE thank you goes out to all the parents who took time out to help hang all the art and to help sell the frames and magnets during the show.  Thank you so much for the support and to those who supported our department with your art purchase.

Highlights:
  • All students will have their best work on display from this year.
  • Performances by Bands and Choir
  • Showcase of after school clubs and student marketplace
  • Opportunity to get your student's artwork custom framed or turned into a magnet while helping to support our Art Department.
  • Class display
  • Parent/Student art activities
  •
Art Mural:  "Thinking outside of the box" was a little different this year.  Everyone was invited to take a small piece of paper with a printed shape and turn that shape into something new.  There were some very creative responses.

Art club selling their creations as well as some moon pies!
